Thank you for being a paid subscriber to my substack. Here is an in-depth recipe for my easy rice cooker hack, Cantonese Sticky Rice or Lo Mai Fan (臘味糯米飯).

In less than an hour, this was ready for lunch. My Cantonese mom could not stop raving about how good this was. She loved that she got all her veggie and protein servings in a bowl and said this was better than eating anything outside in the restaurants.
